Yo everyone! Somehow i cant post pictures ><

Lets start with yesterday, NAPFA TEST. Dududududu~~
I dont wanna show off but i got 30 points ;DD I think.
Sit ups--43(Just nice A)
Sit and reach--46cm(xD My finger helped me)
Inclined pull-up--28times(Master right?! A liao jiu stop (x)
Shuttle Run--10.14secs(Was initially that), 9.88(I took it again xD)
Standing board jump--I JUMPED 27+ according to i dont know who, but i fell down. LOL Ending result was 235cm.
2.4Km run-- 10.57mins (Had chest pain x.x Lol)
:DDD Quite happy with my results but i lost quite a few to Darren x.x
Training Oo quite fun luh. Keep spiking lol. Then darren and i keep thunder cause it was b girls or c girls net. (Short jiu dui liao) Lol.
Today super tired. Muscles suan tong. Haha Today nothing special luh.
Went to play basketball for fun. And as you all know, What happen i dont have to say ba :x
